Accueil des Doctorants étrangers
Ce séminaire en anglais a pour objectif d’accueillir les doctorants internationaux arrivant en France pour leur 1ère année de doctorat.
A l'origine prévu les 7 et 8 décembre 2022, cet événement en présentiel se déroulera finalement le 11 janvier 2023 au "Village by CA".
Un séminaire pour se sentir plus intégré
Ce séminaire cherche à favoriser l'intégration des nouveaux arrivants en :
- Leur donnant l’opportunité de tisser un réseau qui s’étoffera tout au long de leur thèse
- Leur fournissant l’ensemble des informations pratiques, logistiques, juridiques pour une intégration simplifiée et plus rapide
- Leur apportant une culture générale sur le pays et la région
- Leur apportant toutes les informations relatives à la préparation d’un doctorat en France
- Leur offrant des moments conviviaux pour une intégration sociale facilitée (témoignages d’anciens)
Cette année, le PhD Welcome se déroulera le 11 janvier 2023 au "Village by CA" (en présentiel).
A seminar to feel more integrated
The purpose of this seminar in English is to welcome international PhD students arriving in France for their first doctoral year and to facilitate their integration by:
- giving them to opportunity to start building a network that will continue to develop as they work on their thesis
- providing them with all the practical, logistic and legal information they need to quickly and easily integrate
- offering to teach them about the general culture of the country and the region
- giving them information about preparing a PhD in France
- organizing activities to facilitate their social integration (alumni testimonials,...).
This year, the PhD Welcome will take place on 11th of january 2023 in "Village by CA".
Le séminaire cible les doctorant.e.s :
- Inscrit.e.s en 1ère année de doctorat dans une école doctorale
- N’ayant pas résidé à Lille l’année précédant leur inscription au séminaire
La présence à la journée complète et à chaque étape est obligatoire.

- Faire une Thèse en France
- Présentation d'Euraxess
- La sécurité sociale
- Déjeuner sur place
- Atelier sur l'interculturalité
- Table ronde avec des Doctorant.e.s
- Consulid
- Cocktail

- Remplir et faire signer la fiche de candidature par votre directeur de thèse et directeur d'école graduée et la déposer sur ce formulaire en ligne

The seminar targets PhD students:
- Enrolled in the first year of their doctoral studies in a doctoral school
- Not having resided in Lille the year before their registration to the seminar
Attendance on the full day and at each stage is mandatory.

In 2020, the health crisis had an impact on the format of this meeting. We had to adapt and we proposed a "live" on the youtube channel of the Doctoral College.
