Programme de la cérémonie des docteurs 2026
Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir pour la 6ème édition de la Cérémonie des docteurs qui mettra à l'honneur les promotions 2025. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les étapes principales du déroulé de la cérémonie avec des informations pratiques pour les accompagnants et pour les docteurs.
We are pleased to welcome you to the 6rd edition of the Doctors' Ceremony which will honour the classes of 2025. You will find below the main steps of the ceremony with practical information for the accompanying persons and for the doctors.
- 15h30 : Accueil des participants (pointage, vestiaire et remise des tenues aux docteurs mis à l'honneur) et ouverture de l'auditorium au public et placement en salle
- 17h00 : Début de la cérémonie par une table-ronde avec les représentants de l’Université de Lille, Centrale Lille Institut, IMT Nord Europe et UGE - Interviews de la marraine et du parrain
- 17h30 : mise à l'honneur des docteurs des écoles graduées BSL, SESAM, SHS, SJPG, SMRE, ENGSYS et MADIS
- Invitation à tous les docteurs à monter sur scène pour une photo de groupe finale et le traditionnel lancer de chapeaux
- 19h30 (estimation) : Cocktail dînatoire et animation Photobooth
Informations pratiques générales
- Les accompagnants seront installés dans une tribune différente des docteurs mis à l'honneur qui seront regroupés par école graduée. Cela facilitera les déplacements des docteurs vers la scène.
- Les personnes ne souhaitant pas être prises en photo doivent se signaler au photographe ou à un membre de l'équipe d'organisation.
Informations pratiques pour les docteurs
- L'accueil est ouvert dès 15h30 pour laisser aux docteurs mis à l'honneur le temps de se vêtir de la toge, du chapeau et de l'écharpe.
- Lors de l'appel de l'école graduée, les docteurs seront invités à monter sur scène pendant l'allocution du directeur d'école graduée. Ils seront ensuite appelés nominativement afin de recevoir leur diplôme puis seront photographiés individuellement. A l'issue des prises de portraits, les docteurs reprendront leur place sur scène pour une photo de groupe par école graduée.
- Lors de la cérémonie, le diplôme remis sera fictif et symbolique. Le parchemin officiel reste, quant à lui, à retirer auprès du service scolarité selon les modalités administratives habituelles.
- 3:30 pm: Reception of participants (check-in, cloakroom and presentation of uniforms to the doctors being honoured) and opening of the auditorium to the public and seating in the auditorium.
- 5:00 pm: The ceremony begins with round-table discussion between representatives of the University of Lille, Centrale Lille Institut, IMT Nord Europe and UGE, and interviews with the sponsors.
- 5:30 pm: Honouring of PhDs from the BSL, SESAM, SHS, SJPG, SMRE, ENGSYS and MADIS graduate schools
- Invitation to all the doctors to come up on stage for a final group photo and the traditional hat-toss.
- 7.30pm (estimated): Cocktail reception and Photobooth entertainment
General practical informations :
- Accompanying persons will be seated in a different stand from the doctors being honoured, who will be grouped together by graduate school. This will make it easier for them to get to the stage.
- If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please inform the photographer or a member of the organising team.
Practical information for doctors :
- The reception will open at 3.30 p.m. to give the doctors being honoured time to change into their gowns, hats and scarves.
- When the graduating class is called to order, the doctors will be invited to come up on stage during the doctoral school director's speech. They will then be called by name to receive their diploma and will be photographed individually. Once the portraits have been taken, the doctors will return to their seats on the stage for a group photo of each graduate school.
- During the ceremony, the diploma awarded will be fictitious and symbolic. The official diploma can be obtained from the Registrar's Office in accordance with the usual administrative procedures.
