Programme de la cérémonie des docteurs 2024

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir pour la 4ème édition de la Cérémonie des docteurs qui mettra à l'honneur les promotions 2023. Vous trouverez ci-dessous les étapes principales du déroulé de la cérémonie (nous vous gardons quelques surprises) avec des informations pratiques pour les accompagnants et pour les docteurs.

We are pleased to welcome you to the 4th edition of the Doctors' Ceremony which will honour the classes of 2023. You will find below the main steps of the ceremony (we keep some surprises for you) with practical information for the accompanying persons and for the doctors.

  • 13h30 : Accueil des participants (pointage, vestiaire et remise des tenues aux docteurs mis à l'honneur) et ouverture au public et placement en salle

  • 15h : Début de la cérémonie avec les allocutions de Régis Bordet, président de l’Université de Lille Régis, de Philippe Pernod, directeur général adjoint de Centrale Lille Institut, de Yann Busnel, directeur de la recherche et de l'innovation de IMT Nord Europe, Manoëlle Martin, vice-présidente en charge de l'enseignement supérieur, de la recherche, de l'orientation et du CREFOP du Conseil régional Hauts-de-France et des parrain et marraine de cérémonie : Christophe Gaquière et Corine Pelluchon.

  •  Mise à l'honneur des docteurs des écoles doctorales BSL, SESAM, SHS, SJPG, SMRE, ENGSYS et MADIS 

  • Invitation à tous les docteurs à monter sur scène pour une photo de groupe finale et le traditionnel lancer de chapeaux

  • 18h : Cocktail dînatoire et animation Photobooth

 

Informations pratiques pour les accompagnants

  • Les accompagnants seront installés dans une tribune différente des docteurs mis à l'honneur qui seront regroupés par école doctorale. Cela facilitera les déplacements des docteurs vers la scène.
  • Les personnes ne souhaitant pas être prises en photo doivent se signaler au photographe ou à un membre de l'équipe d'organisation.

Informations pratiques pour les docteurs

  • L'accueil est ouvert dès 13h30 pour laisser aux docteurs mis à l'honneur le temps de se vêtir de la toge et du chapeau.
  • Lors de l'appel de l'école doctorale, les docteurs seront invités à monter sur scène pendant l'allocution du directeur d'école graduée. Ils seront ensuite appelés nominativement afin de recevoir leur diplôme et leur écharpe puis seront photographiés individuellement avec leur tenue et leur diplôme. A l'issue des prises de portraits, les docteurs reprendront leur place sur scène pour une photo de groupe par école graduée.
  • Lors de la cérémonie, le diplôme remis sera fictif et symbolique. Le diplôme officiel reste, quant à lui, à retirer auprès du service scolarité selon les modalités administratives habituelles.
  • Les docteurs seront installés dans une tribune différente des accompagnants et regroupés par école graduée. Cela facilitera les déplacements vers la scène.
  • Les personnes ne souhaitant pas être prises en photo doivent se signaler au photographe ou à un membre de l'équipe d'organisation.
  • 1:30pm: Welcome of the participants (check-in, cloakroom and handing over of the clothes to the honoured doctors) and ppening of the auditorium to the public and room placement

  • 3pm: Start of the ceremony with speeches by Régis Bordet, president of the University of Lille, Philippe Pernod, deputy managing director of Centrale Lille Institut, Yann Busnel, director of research and innovation of IMT Nord Europe, Manoëlle Martin, vice-presidente of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council in charge of higher education, research, guidance and CREFOP, and ceremony sponsor Christophe Gaquière and Corine Pelluchon.
    • Honouring of PhDs from the BSL, SESAM, SHS, SJPG, SMRE, ENGSYS and MADIS  graduate schools

    • Invitation to all PhDs to come on stage for a final group photo and the traditional hat toss

    • 6pm: Cocktail reception and photobooth animation

    Practical information for accompanying persons

    • Accompanying persons will be seated in a different stand from the doctors being honoured who will be grouped by graduate school. This will make it easier for the doctors to get to the stage.
    • People who do not wish to be photographed must inform the photographer or a member of the organising team.

    Practical information for doctors

    • The reception is open from 1:30pm to give the honoured doctors time to dress in their gowns and hats.
    • During the call of the graduate school, the doctors will be invited to go on stage during the speech of the director of the graduate school. They will then be called by name to receive their diploma and sash and will be photographed individually with their outfit and diploma. At the end of the portraits, the doctors will take their place on stage for a group photo by graduate school.
    • During the ceremony, the diploma awarded will be fictitious and symbolic. The official diploma can be obtained from the school service according to the usual administrative procedures.
    • The doctors will be seated in a different stand from the accompanying persons and grouped by doctoral school. This will make it easier to get to the stage. 
    • People who do not wish to be photographed must inform the photographer or a member of the organising team.
